We stopped in for lunch during our fall break. We had made a commitment to only eat at "no chain" restaurants. #eatlocal#smallbusiness. Glad we stopped here. The marinated chicken burrito was TO DIE For. Oh so good. Chips and salsa were great. Salsa was fresh and delightful. Service was perfect. Would recommend

The food and service were fabulous. We arrived at 11:06 on a Sunday. By the time we left, the restaurant was very full with large groups of locals. Stop in if you are heading past.

What a great Mexican restaurant!! Right off of RT 70. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, but most importantly, the food was delicious. We were recommended the Chipotle chicken with bacon. This dish was so good and it wasn't too spicy. The rice was cooked perfectly, and unfortunately, in my opinion, the refried beans weren't that tasty. The Pollo Azteca was also very good. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you're driving through.

Ordered a veggie chimichanga a few weeks ago and the flavor was amazing. I ordered takeout and it was pretty fast. We were able to park our semi in the abandoned lot right next door so that was also good.

Got the macho burrito. Chicken beef shrimp refried beans rice. The works. Very good food. Being from Texas and knowing good Mexican food. This is one of two places I found above the Red River. That had awesome Mexican food. Highly recommended. Enough for breakfast next day. Every bit 16" long. I ate half measured what I took to truck. Full of food. I mean full. Again highly recommend.

Best Molcajete I've ever had. My wife loved her shrimp Cocktail. The service was excellent. The bus person was even helping get drinks and check on tables and everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. Never went without refills, and the service was excellent, but not overbearing. I like it when they come to check on you enough, but not too much that it's annoying. That's exactly what this service was like. I was able to have great conversation with my wife, and not be interrupted, while at the same time being well taken care of. The server had a wonderful personality and was very welcoming and smiley. :) Will definitely return. 5 stars is all I'm able to leave, but I'd give 500 stars if I could.

This place is one of if not my favorite Mexican restaurants anywhere. Over the years it’s always been consistent and outstanding, from the chips and salsa to every entree I’ve ever ordered from there. Today was no different. Service is always prompt and attentive as well and have never remotely had an issue. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling along I-70 or live nearby, you won’t regret it.
